I think that louvers add a nice touch to a home, but I'm not a fan of this door. I prefer them on windows. A great resource to find out more about what options are available with louvers, as well as other construction materials is McGraw Hill's Sweets Directory of construction materials and manufacturers. While I do work for them, they honestly some amazing CAD details that you can download directly from their site as well as a lot of useful information. They can really make your life easier when you are planning a home improvement project.
